Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the property and deliver memorable service.
• Register guests, assign rooms, and render bills.
• Receive cash and credit payments and balance cash transactions.
• Promote upgrades and assist with guest requests with a professional manner.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information.
