Qualifications

• Essential: 2 years of guest service experience.
• Desirable: Hospitality and/or lodging experience.
• Desirable: Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Registers hotel guests by welcoming arrivals, entering guest details, and providing room information and resort amenities.
• Assists guests with transportation, wake-up calls, room service requests, casino information, and events.
• Records transactions, logs discounts and payments, balances cash drawers, and reports discrepancies.
• Maintains a professional department image with confidential guest data and supports additional duties as assigned.
