Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service at our travel plazas. You will handle customer interactions, food prep, POS transactions, and maintain clean, stocked workstations to meet traveler needs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure food handling procedures, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks are followed.
• Complete kitchen-related tasks including prep, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards and food safety requirements.
