Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring Team Members to deliver friendly customer service, handle payments, and assist travelers with food preparation and service in our welcome centers. You will stock, clean, and maintain a clean workstation while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

The role requires flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to cross-train in different plaza duties and product knowledge growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Handle food prep, stocking, wrapping, and sanitation.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
