Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, handle transactions, and help prepare and serve food at our travel plaza. You will stock and maintain cleanliness across stations while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Flexible schedules are available, with duties ranging from busy counter service to kitchen tasks and cross-selling products. Prior cash handling and guest service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service by engaging with travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments following policies.
• Follow food safety procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
