Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is hiring a Food Server in Redondo Beach, CA. You will warmly greet guests, take orders accurately, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred
• US work eligibility required
• 2+ years related experience
• Experience with POS systems
• Knowledge of beer and spirits
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with accurate information on menu items, pricing, and allergens
• Recognize and cultivate regular guests
• Take and enter orders into POS system promptly
• Ensure timely service and proper stock replenishment
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
• Assist with opening/closing duties and general tasks as directed
