Job summary

Violi Naples at DineAmic Hospitality is seeking a Food Runner to support fast-paced service at Mercato in Naples, FL. You will ensure accurate, timely delivery of dishes, communicate with kitchen and servers, and maintain presentation standards throughout service.

Ideal candidates have restaurant experience, especially in high-volume settings, strong knowledge of menu items, allergens, and safety guidelines, and a team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience required; high-volume experience strongly preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Basic knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and allergens.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests quickly and accurately according to table numbers and presentation standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens to verify dishes before leaving the kitchen.
• Communicate with kitchen, servers, and management to ensure proper timing and pacing of courses.
• Describe dishes and modifications when delivering food and answer basic menu questions.
