Violi Naples, operated by DineAmic Hospitality at Mercato in Naples, FL, seeks a Busser to support servers and maintain a polished dining room in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates bring prior experience in full-service environments, hold a valid Food Handler Certification, and are available for evenings and weekends. You will uphold sanitation standards and contribute to a seamless guest experience through proactive service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant environment.
• Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.
• Familiarity with restaurant service standards and dining room procedures.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
• Experience maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards per local health guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and accurately according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas.
• Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed.
• Monitor dining room cleanliness, including floors, chairs, and high-touch surfaces.
• Maintain stocked and organized service stations (napkins, flatware, glassware, condiments).
• Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils to designated dish areas.
• Dispose of trash and recycling promptly and maintain clean trash receptacles.
• Assist servers and support staff in maintaining smooth dining room operations during service.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to support service flow.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work as assigned.
• Follow all company policies, sanitation guidelines, and food safety standards.
• Contribute positively to team morale and support fellow team members during high-volume periods.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company hospitality standards.
