Qualifications

• At least 2 years serving in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service fundamentals.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Valid alcohol service certification and food service certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable service from greeting to farewell.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge and allergen information to guests.
• Enter orders into the POS with accuracy and pacing.
• Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen, and support staff for seamless service.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure presentation standards.
• Encourage rewards program sign-ups and guest engagement initiatives.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently per procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining section throughout service.
