Job summary

Vitality Bowls in Boulder, CO is seeking team members to provide friendly, informative service and handle orders at the counter and over the phone. You will explain health benefits of ingredients, stock and prep food following recipes, maintain a clean lobby and kitchen, and work with teammates to ensure timely, accurate orders and great guest experiences.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Explain health benefits of ingredients and products to customers in an upbeat, informative manner.
• Keep the front lobby and outside area clean and organized.
• Provide outstanding customer service and accurate wait times.
• Take orders over the phone and assist guests at the register.
• Follow recipes and prepare food in a timely, sanitary manner.
• Stock, rotate, and stock-check food items; maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Communicate with managers about scheduling and any days off.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed and assist teammates as needed.
