Job summary

Vitality Bowls in Boulder is hiring for a customer-focused team member. You will greet guests, explain healthful ingredients, take orders, and maintain a clean front lobby while upholding sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include food prep per recipes, speedy service, and accurate cash/phone order handling. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential for a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Completion of food safety requirements and ongoing sanitation adherence.

Responsibilities

• Explain the health benefits of ingredients and products to customers in an upbeat, informative manner.
• Keep the front lobby and outside area clean and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service, giving accurate wait times and polite assistance.
• Take orders in person and over the phone, and handle cash/credit card transactions.
• Follow recipes, prep food safely and timely, and maintain sanitary work areas.
• Stock, rotate, and prepare food; assist with opening and closing duties.
• Coordinate with staff and managers to ensure accurate, timely orders and schedule communication.
