Vitality Bowls Watertown is seeking a team member to provide upbeat, informative customer service and assist with food preparation in a fast-paced setting. You will memorize training material, explain health benefits of ingredients, and ensure accurate order handling.

You will maintain a clean front lobby and kitchen, follow health and safety guidelines, and collaborate with staff to deliver timely service. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Be able to follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements.
• Become food certified.
• Stand for long periods and lift/move boxes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Memorize training material and explain health benefits of ingredients to customers in an upbeat, informative manner.
• Keep the front lobby and outside area clean.
• Provide excellent customer service, be polite and informative, and give accurate wait times.
• Assist and ring up guests, answer phone calls, and take orders over the phone.
• Follow recipes and prepare food in a timely and sanitary manner.
• Stock and rotate food; prep and portion food per procedures.
• Communicate with staff and managers to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Contribute to a clean, organized kitchen and lobby at all times.
