Chesapeake's in Knoxville is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. The role emphasizes guest service, staff recruitment and development, and ensuring high-quality dining experiences.

You will work with the management team to meet budgets and enhance guest loyalty, while maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards in a casual to upscale dining setting.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining or Fine Dining experience required.
• Strong leader with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding leadership with ability to train and develop team.

Responsibilities

• Establishes Guest Service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example.
• Oversees plate-to-plate quality of our food.
• Assist the Management Team with recruiting, retaining, training, and developing FOH/BOH staff dedicated to hospitality.
• Assist Management Team in executing plans to improve guests' restaurant experience and loyalty.
• Assist Management Team in achieving budgets, goals, and objectives.
• Assist Management Team in community involvement programs and marketing runs.
• Assist in controlling costs, including labor productivity and COGS, without compromising operations.
• Ensure daily restaurant paperwork is completed accurately and timely (payroll, POs, deposits, forms).
• Manage safety and code compliance among staff.
