Responsibilities

• Monitor the Facility Experience inbox to respond timely to inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs of customer-facing areas for cleanliness and readiness.
• Set up and breakdown rooms per specifications (name cards, flags, pads & pens).
• Manage lost and found, coordinate with Security for pickup.
• Escort vendors during facility projects and ensure EC One guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate with internal teams on last-minute changes and prep.
• Arrange non-standard support for facility-specific requirements.
• Coordinate, submit and track facility service requests with vendors.
• Assist with badge access processes: issuance, tracking, deactivation, auditing.
• Assist with facility projects by tracking progress and sharing metrics.
• Monitor supplies and amenities, support purchases as needed.
• Maintain storage areas to meet codes and fire safety.
