Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to think quickly and accurately, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment.
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of business clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with a global community, including various cultures and languages.
• Must be process-oriented yet flexible.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently while following guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Facility Experience inbox to ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs of customer-facing areas to ensure cleanliness and proper stocking.
• Set up and break down rooms according to specifications.
• Manage lost and found; coordinate with Security for pickup.
• Escort vendors during facility projects and ensure proper check-in.
• Communicate with internal teams for last-minute changes or requests.
• Coordinate facility service requests and track repairs with internal teams and vendors.
• Support the badge access process and manage temporary badges.
• Assist with facility-related projects and share progress metrics.
• Track facility supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Maintain storage areas per safety and access guidelines.
• Assist in facility safety and emergency preparedness.
• Contribute to developing and implementing operational processes.
• Document essential information in OneNote, Teams, and SharePoint.
