Job summary

Placemakr is hiring a Guest Experience Associate in San Antonio, TX. You will be the primary contact for guests and residents, delivering exceptional service from check-in through departure, and collaborating with a motivated property team to ensure a seamless stay.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering excellent customer service in hospitality, retail, multi-family or food & beverage.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to learn and utilize systems or technology (POS, CRM or customer communication tools a plus).
• Can-do attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Embodies our Property Team Mission of Customer, Consistency and Community.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional experience to guests, residents and partners as a trusted local insider.
• Collaborate effectively with property team members to foster a one-team mentality.
• Maintain a safe, secure and compliant environment for staff and guests.
• Respond to guest communications promptly via text, email, HubSpot and other channels.
• Check guests into assigned rooms per Placemakr standards and collect payment methods at check-in.
• Utilize maintenance, housekeeping, check-in and other systems accurately.
• Complete thorough shift handovers and support cross-functional communication.
