White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking hospitality team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Plaza San Antonio. You will engage guests, share menu knowledge, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities include setup, service, and closing tasks, handling payments, and maintaining a polished appearance while promoting teamwork and safety in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is often required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation and recommendations.
• Complete all necessary set up, side work, and closing duties.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items and preparations; answer guest questions accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a friendly, safe work environment.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance as an ambassador of our establishment.
