Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in San Antonio, TX to deliver a welcoming guest experience and help guests navigate in-store and digital services, including the Target App. You will greet guests, resolve questions, and support checkout operations with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

A flexible schedule is required, and the role offers growth through thorough training and benefits. Starting hourly rate is $15.50 USD per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, physical work environment.
• Willing to learn and explain Target app features and benefits.
• Comfortable with providing holiday/weekend coverage when required.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find items, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth shopping trip.
• End transactions with a warm thank you and maintain store cleanliness.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and assist with enrollment when needed.
• Support order pick up, drive-up, and in-store services as directed.
