As an Expeditor, you will maintain knowledge of menus, manage order accuracy, and foster a welcoming atmosphere while supporting a high-energy team in a dynamic venue setting.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience required.
• Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills.
• Must be fluent in English and able to read & write in basic English.
• Food Handler Card required (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).
• Passion for food and dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Pillars of Service to life through team and guest interactions.
• Prepare and deliver all orders accurately, with attention to special instructions.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, specials, and promotions to confidently guide guests.
• Deliver a service-oriented experience by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly.
• Support fellow team members and maintain a one-team approach to guest experience.
• Engage guests in a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.
• Follow directions from supervisors and complete side work as needed.
• Participate in training to improve product knowledge and service skills.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and quality.
