Job summary

Bocatti Experience in Houston is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the frontline contact for clients and guests. You will handle inquiries, reservations, and event-related questions, ensuring a warm, professional guest experience.

The role offers full-time or part-time employment with typical hours Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, and some evenings/weekends based on events. Compensation ranges from $17 to $25 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Assist with reservations, bookings, and basic scheduling support
• Document customer interactions and update internal records
• Coordinate with event, kitchen, and service teams as needed
• Support front-of-house operations during events when required
