Big Sur Campground & Cabins is seeking a Guest Services Agent to manage check-ins/check-outs, site/cabin assignments and bookings, ensuring accurate billing and deposits. You will coordinate with housekeeping to track room status and assist guests with local information.

The role includes Camp Store Attendant duties: stocking products, handling money, inner tube rentals, and maintaining high guest service levels. A flexible schedule is required, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a guest-facing role is preferred but not required, training provided.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest-relations skills.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs, site/cabin assignments, and early/late requests.
• Create and manage bookings, collect deposits and final payments, verify rates.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping on room status and guest concerns.
• Provide local information and guest assistance to visitors.
