Job summary

The Events Team Member at Portland Sports Complex provides the first point of contact for guests and delivers exceptional service to create memorable experiences. You will assist with scheduling and coordinating events, parties, and leagues, handling registration, waivers, and guest inquiries with professionalism.

Role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining guest satisfaction and safety

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest services and first point of contact.
• Register guests for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-ins.
• Operate multi-line phones and manage waivers.
• Record event scores and print game sheets daily.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating facility events and parties.
• Maintain party inventories and supplies.
• Enforce facility policies and resolve guest concerns.
