Job summary

lululemon in Seattle is seeking an Educator who delivers world-class guest experiences and shares top-quality product education while connecting with our community and culture. You’ll move dynamically on the floor, assist guests with needs, and drive seamless omnichannel programs like buy online/pickup in store or ship from store.

The role focuses on inclusive service, teamwork, and operational excellence in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
• Perform product presentation, restock, and keep the store in a luxury environment according to company standards.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.
