Job summary

lululemon Educator | Tanger Outlet Pop Up is a 3 Month Seasonal Contract focused on delivering world-class guest experiences and authentic product education. You will engage guests, demonstrate product benefits, and support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll move on the floor to connect with guests, handle transactions, and participate in omnichannel programs while upholding lululemon’s standards of service and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing their time
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right” for guests
• Perform product presentation tasks and support store operations
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain the luxury environment of the store
• Understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures
