lululemon Athletica in Southaven, MS is seeking an Educator for a Tanger Outlet Pop Up on a 6-month contract. You will deliver world-class guest experiences, provide product education, and drive successful omnichannel interactions.

You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, move on the floor, and partner with leadership to ensure excellent service. This role requires 18+ and legal work status, with flexible hours to accommodate store needs.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class guest experience and engage with guests to understand needs.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and participate in omnichannel programs.
• Move on the sales floor to engage guests and support store needs.
• Collaborate with team members and store leadership to ensure exceptional service.
