lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world‑class guest service, educate on products, and share our community culture. You will engage guests, assess needs, and drive seamless omnichannel shopping experiences while maintaining a luxury store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable in a store environment with bright lights and loud music.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing their time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless omnichannel experiences (buy online/ pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the shop floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to address guest feedback and improve service.
