You will drive in-store education, support omnichannel programs, and collaborate with a diverse team to maintain a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in a store environment with bright lights and loud music.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience, valuing guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, etc.).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to address concerns.
