Job summary

lululemon in the United States is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail stores. You will engage guests, share top-quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

You will move on the sales floor to connect with guests, perform accurate transactions, and support omnichannel programs while upholding our standards for inclusion, integrity, and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to guest or store needs
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right” for guests.
