lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will educate guests on product benefits, share our culture authentically, and ensure seamless transactions across omnichannel options.

You will work with a diverse team to maintain the premium store environment, demonstrate strong product knowledge, and engage guests with energy and inclusivity that aligns with our brand.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Right to Work verification and local requirements may apply (EMEA where relevant).
• Able to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experience through authentic engagement.
• Provide top-quality product education and speak about our community and culture.
• Balance on-floor engagements with seamless end-to-end guest transactions.
• Restore and present products, restock, and support store operations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure an inclusive, supportive environment.
• Act on guest feedback with store leadership to improve service.
