Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator in Washington, DC to deliver world‑class guest experiences, share product education, and embody our community and culture. You will move dynamically on the floor, assist guests with purchases and returns, and help maintain a luxury store environment.

As a team member, you will contribute to an inclusive, supportive workplace, collaborate with colleagues to optimize guest service, and participate in store operations while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Team collaboration and accountability
• Positive attitude and energy on the floor

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Working with Others: Establish supportive relationships and collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Operations: Perform product presentation, restock, use in-store technology, and maintain a clean, safe luxury store environment.
• Operate in-store technology to support operations and omnichannel programs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.
