lululemon Athletica in the United States (Massachusetts) is seeking an Educator to deliver a world-class guest experience in our premium retail store. You will educate customers about products, engage with the community, and support omnichannel services such as buy online/pickup in store and ship from store.

This role emphasizes inclusivity, teamwork, and a proactive approach to store operations, while upholding lululemon's standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Right to Work evidence (EMEA only)
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experience and engage with guests on the floor
• Provide technical product education and explain product benefits
• Execute omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store)
• Maintain store ambience, stock, and cleanliness to support luxury environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures
