lululemon in Aspen, CO is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our store. You will share product education, engage with guests, and collaborate with team members to support store operations and culture.

Responsibilities include proactive floor engagement, facilitating seamless transactions, and contributing to an inclusive, high-energy environment that reflects our community and brand. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA only)
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music
• Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work
• Willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase solutions
• Provide technical product education and articulate value
• Facilitate seamless transactions and omnichannel programs
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take action
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations
• Perform product presentation tasks and use in-store technology
• Understand and adhere to safety policies
