Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences, share product education, and connect with guests in our Aspen store. This part-time role requires engaging on floor, supporting store operations, and maintaining the luxury environment.

You will be responsible for addressing guest needs, executing omnichannel programs, and upholding lululemon’s standards. Flexible schedule, evenings and weekends, with a strong emphasis on inclusivity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action.
