Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Operations Manager to lead hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maximize profitability. You will supervise staff, coordinate departments, and implement strategies to improve service quality and financial results.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with teams, and proficiency in hotel systems. This position is based on-site at our Longmont property in Colorado.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 5 years’ work-equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office required.
• Experience with hotel information systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategies to exceed guest satisfaction and revenues.
• Collaborate with operations team and other departments to ensure outstanding execution.
• Monitor guest relations and respond promptly to requests and complaints.
• Oversee training and development of operations staff and supervisors.
• Review budgets and payroll records to ensure expenditures are authorized and within budget.
