Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee all hotel departments, ensuring revenue, room inventory, and occupancy align with budget. You will lead departments through planning and monitoring of productivity, while maintaining exceptional guest experiences and profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3–4 years of related hotel operations experience, MICROS proficiency, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 3–4 years of related experience, or equivalent.
Experience with room inventory and occupancy.
Experience with hotel restaurant systems such as MICROS.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager with the operation and administration of all hotel departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B).
Partner with HR and Accounting to ensure consistent processes across the hotel.
Balance departments while maximizing guest experience and profitability.
Ensure operations are carried out professionally, to standards and with high service levels.
Plan, implement, and control effective departmental strategies to drive results.
Lead, train, coach, motivate, and provide feedback to staff; assume GM role in GM's absence.
