Job summary

Cruz Bay Watersports is seeking a Property Director in the U.S. Virgin Islands to lead guest-facing services and oversee the Watersports and Concierge teams, including Sail Academy.

This role involves coordinating with the CBW Management Team and Ritz Carlton Concierge staff to ensure seamless guest experiences. The candidate will supervise daily operations, manage staff training and scheduling, assist with payroll, and uphold CBW employee policies while driving safety and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field OR at least six years of related experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Prior customer service experience or equivalent work history.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise daily operations
• Supervise safety aspects of watersports policies and procedures
• Assist with creating standard processes for delivering watersports
• Assign and delegate daily tasks to watersports staff
• Approve staff schedules
• Oversee boat provisioning
• Train staff on Fareharbor
• Communicate with Ritz Carlton Concierge staff
• Monitor and submit daily trip counts for billing
• Promote weekly/monthly staff training in all areas of the Watersports Center
