HHM Hotels is seeking a Director of Guest Service in Fort Lauderdale to lead the front office team in delivering personalized guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will ensure operations align with budget and service standards while driving guest satisfaction and loyalty.

The role requires strategic staffing, coaching, and collaboration with leadership across departments to achieve performance goals and uphold HHM values.

Formación

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in similar type hotel, with a minimum of 3 years director level experience.

Responsabilidades

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to meet brand standards and HHM values.
• Supervise managers and guide front office to meet hotel performance objectives.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and drive service recovery when needed.
• Manage staffing levels in line with the budget and occupancy forecast while balancing guest needs and labor cost.
• Review guest correspondence and incident logs to ensure timely, appropriate responses.
