Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Register guests efficiently and process check-in/check-out.
• Promote hotel services and amenities and provide information.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel rates, room types, and promotions.
• Ensure proper key control and security procedures.
• Assist with safety and reporting procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with front office, valet, bellman, sales and accounting staff.
