Job summary

ANTHC is seeking a Lodging Coordinator to oversee daily patient-facing activities across ANTHC Lodging locations. You will supervise front-line staff, plan cultural and wellness events, and support service-recovery efforts to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for patients and escorts.

Responsibilities include coordinating group activities, ensuring Alaska Native cultural alignment, and collaborating with Lodging leaders to maintain smooth operations across Tudor Centre, Quyana House, Old

Qualifications

• Associate degree in hospitality or related field required; experience may substitute.
• Two years supervisory experience in hospitality, education, recreation, or healthcare support.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate group activities including cultural events at lodging locations.
• Coordinate Alaska Native-centered cultural and wellness activities in Patient Housing and external hotels.
• Supervise activities staff and volunteers; provide daily direction and feedback.
• Manage inventories and submit purchase requests; track usage.
• Document participation, gather feedback, and report trends to the Manager, Logistics Experience.
• Escalate safety concerns and assist with service‑recovery actions as needed.
