Job summary

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) seeks a Patient Travel Coordinator I/II to coordinate patient travel to ANMC and affiliated clinics in and outside Alaska. You will review documentation, assist patients and clinics, and ensure travel arrangements meet eligibility and policy requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred for higher level.
• Two years travel and customer service experience for PT travel roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air and ground transportation, lodging, and meals for patients and escorts.
• Determine medically necessary travel and align with Medicaid travel rules.
• Collaborate with Prior Authorization and travel agencies to finalize plans.
• Prepare invoices, process reimbursements, and maintain documentation.
