Sky Zone, Inc. is hiring a part-time Crew Member at our park location. You will join a frontline team responsible for a safe, engaging guest experience across multiple operational stations, including front desk, cafe, and event support.

This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and strong guest service in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, with opportunities to learn multiple park operations and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing business demands and station assignments.

• Actively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety.
• Welcome guests and provide directional assistance.
• Lead birthday parties and group events from start to finish.
• Prepare party rooms and materials prior to events.
• Greet and check in guests efficiently.
• Assist with waivers, ticket purchases, and memberships.
• Take and process guest orders accurately using POS systems.
