Job summary

Sky Zone, LLC is seeking a part-time Crew Member to join our Operations team at the park location. You will deliver a safe, engaging guest experience across multiple stations, learn core park operations, and contribute to teamwork and safety daily.

This role supports various stations including FOH, BOH, front desk, cafe, park training, and marketing support, with training provided. This position is ideal for motivated individuals age 16+ with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow and enforce park safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.

• Prepare party rooms and materials prior to events.
• Confirm party details and package inclusions.
• Support seamless coordination between departments.
• Address minor concerns and elevate when appropriate.
• Take and process guest orders accurately using POS systems.
• Provide product knowledge and suggest add-ons appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Follow cash-handling procedures.
• Prepare food and beverages according to brand standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs.
• Maintain a clean prep and kitchen area.
• Greet and check in guests efficiently.
• Assist with waivers, ticket purchases, and memberships.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by recommending memberships or enhancements that elevate the guest experience.
• Address guest questions and concerns professionally.
• Complete required onboarding and safety certifications.
• Participate in ongoing skill development.
• Demonstrate coachability and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Assist with in-park promotions and local community events.
• Encourage participation in surveys or promotional campaigns.
