Job summary

Sky Zone seeks a part-time Crew Member to support park operations in a fast-paced, guest–facing environment. You’ll cover one or more stations (Court Monitor, Greeter, Café FOH/BOH, Front Desk, Park Training, Marketing Support) and help maintain safety, cleanliness, and a high-energy guest experience.

Ideal candidates are 16+, reliable, coachable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer service is a plus; training is provided to build skills across stations.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
