Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Crew Member to join the Operations team. You will deliver a safe, engaging guest experience across park stations, from front desk to café and party roles, with shift-based assignments and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Ideal candidates are 16+, reliable, coachable, and comfortable with POS systems. Evening and weekend availability is required, and prior hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs require.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
