Job summary

The Melt in Burbank is hiring a Crew Member to deliver an “I Love It Here” experience to every guest. You will greet guests, provide fast, friendly service and upsell menu items while staying knowledgeable about our offerings and tech tools.

You will ensure order accuracy, maintain clean stations, and work with a team to meet speed of service goals. Flexible hours, a positive attitude, and the ability to read and communicate in English are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to learn quickly.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift between 25-50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and deliver fast, friendly service.
• Know menu items and upsell according to guest needs.
• Ensure order accuracy and monitor ticket times.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and prep areas and follow safety policies.
• Work as a team, be punctual, and communicate respectfully.
