Job summary

THE MELT in Palo Alto is seeking Crew Members to help deliver an energetic, friendly dining experience. You will greet guests, answer questions about the menu, and assist with orders in a fast-paced environment.

You must be at least 16, speak English, and be able to lift 25–50 lbs. The role emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, safety, and cleanliness in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Support speed of service and proper food preparation per recipes.
• Keep FOH/BOH stations clean and well stocked; follow safety policies.
