Job summary

Brentwood Baptist Church is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator for The Church at Ave South in Nashville to support members and guests. Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of Guest Service teams including greeters, ushers, parking, welcome hosts, coffee hospitality, and medical teams.
• Ensure weekly scheduling needs are met.
• Lead Planning Center scheduling, communication, and check-ins.
• Provide direct leadership for the greeting team.
• Be present and available to help with needs on Sunday mornings.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new volunteers.
• Coordinate fellowship gatherings and annual trainings for Guest Services teams.
• Provide care and encouragement to volunteers.
• Collaborate with the Connection Minister; report quarterly on initiatives, needs, and goals.
• Lead regular Guest Services team meetings alongside Connection Minister.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
