Job summary

Del Mar Vacations, Inc. is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to be the frontline hero for in-stay support, post-stay care, and everything in between that ensures 5-star stays.

You will own the whole guest experience and respond promptly via text, email, or phone with empathy and efficiency. You will coordinate with internal teams (landscape, cleaning, maintenance) to resolve issues and communicate proactively with guests about known issues or service alerts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and empathy in guest interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with composure.
• Comfort with hospitality platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for guest service requests during stays.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Proactively communicate known issues or alerts to guests.
• Monitor guest inboxes in HubSpot and follow up on tickets.
• Support post-stay outreach to collect feedback and reviews.
