Job summary

Del Mar Vacations Orleans, MA is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to be the frontline hero for in-stay support, post-stay care, and every moment that ensures 5-star stays. You’ll own the entire guest experience from initial contact through post-stay follow-up.

You’ll coordinate with internal teams, respond promptly via text, email, or phone with empathy, manage HubSpot inboxes, and follow up on tickets to confirm satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for guest service requests and issues during stays; troubleshoot with empathy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams (landscape, cleaning, maintenance) to ensure timely resolutions.
• Proactively communicate with upcoming guests about known issues or service alerts.
• Monitor and manage HubSpot guest experience inboxes; follow up on open tickets until resolution satisfaction.
• Support early check-in coordination and related workflows; document guest issues and maintain records.
