Capital Vacations is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment. You will address guest needs, coordinate with departments, and ensure satisfaction throughout their stay, while contributing to a growth-oriented team.

This role emphasizes accurate front desk operations, courteous communication, and proactive problem solving to enhance guest experiences across our resort network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
• Computer skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out, collect balances, post room charges, and make reservations.
• Answer calls with proper etiquette and assist with local recommendations.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests and manage revenue and cash handling.
• Prepare check-in packets, maintain inventory, and handle maintenance requests in SPI.
